Description
Number of cycles from OPEN to CLOSE and
CLOSE to OPEN or inverse.
Limit for TRAVEL_COUNT; at 0
TRAVEL_COUNT_LIM will not be processed. If
the LIMIT value is exceeded, the corresponding
bit will be set in CHECK_BACK.
