Chemical Injection Siphon/Filter (23)
Used to siphon detergent or other pressure washer
chemicals into the low pressure stream..
High Pressure Hose Connection (18)
To connect high pressure hose.
Flexible high pressure hose (13)
Connect one end to the water pump and the other
end to the spray gun.
Fuel Tank (11a)
Fill tank with recommended fuel.
Air Filter (24)
Protects engine by filtering dust and debris out of in-
take air.
Oil Fill Cap (20)
Fill engine with oil here.

Reversing starter (22)
For manual starting of the engine.

Controls the application of water onto cleaning sur-
face with trigger device. Includes safety latch.
Choke Lever (Fig. 21/Pos."Z")
Prepares a cold engine for starting.

8. Before commissioning

Fitting the Stand (Fig. 3)
Fasten the stand (8) as shown in figure 3.
Installing of the transport wheels (Fig. 3)
Mount the supplied transport wheels (6) with the cor-
responding bolts on the frame of the device as shown
in figure 3. Secure them with a split pin on the inside.
Attaching the handle to the device (Fig. 4)
Fit the handle (1) to the handle tubes are already on
the device. Make sure that the holes in the handle (1)
are aligned with the holes in the handle tubes.
Push the handle (1) downwards until it locks into the
2 locking pins.
Installation lower support spray-lance & holder
spray-nozzle with upper holder spray-lance
(Fig. 5)
Attach the holder spray­nozzles (3a) and the upper
holder spray­lance (3) to the frame using the plastic
rivets supplied as shown in figure 5.
Align the front of the holder spray­nozzle (3a) to the
front of the engine.
Fasten the lower support spray­lance (7) using the
phillips head screw and locknut as shown in figure 5.
Mounting of spray-lance (Fig. 6)
Place the extension (4) on the spray lance (2) as
shown in figure 6 and secure it by turning the fixing
clockwise.
m Caution!
Always tighten fixing hand­tight! Too loose connec-
tion could lead to loosening of the extension of the
spray­head. Thus leads to injuries.
