Procedere allo svuotamento degli impianti
frenanti anteriore e posteriore seguendo
quanto riportato al capitolo "Sostituzione
liquido impianto frenante anteriore" e
"Sostituzione liquido impianto frenante
posteriore".
Procedere alla riduzione dell'angolo di
sterzata allentando i dadi di bloccaggio (DD)
e procedendo ad avvitare i grani filettati (EE)
fino ad ottenere la lunghezza L=15mm;

Mantenendo la posizione dei grani bloccare
nuovamente i dadi (DD).
Svitare la vite forata (AA) dal tubo (BB) e
rimuovere le rondelle in rame (CC) dalla
pompa freno anteriore (FF). Inserire una
guarnizione (22) sul filetto del sensore

pressione (21), avvitarli e serrarli sul tubo
olio (23). Inserire su una vite olio doppio
occhiello (25) in sequenza una rondella (26),

il gruppo tubo olio (23), una rondella (26), il
tubo originale (BB), una rondella (26) e

montarli sulla pompa freno anteriore (FF)
avvitando e serrando la vite (25). Procedere
alla realizzazione della fascetta speciale

descritta a pag.7 della presente istruzione
assemblando sul tubo (18A) due fascette
(19A), (19B) e procedere al bloccaggio del
tubo olio (23) sulla forcella sinistra (W4)
tensionando la fascetta (19A). Inserire la
spina (1B) nel sensore pressione (21) e
fissarla al sensore con una fascetta (19C).
Fissare il cablaggio della spina (1B) al
cablaggio principale (GG) con una fascetta
(19D).
Svitare la vite forata (HH) dal tubo (II) e
rimuovere le rondelle in rame (LL) dalla
pompa freno posteriore (MM). Inserire una
guarnizione (22) sul filetto del sensore
pressione (21), avvitarli e serrarli sul tubo
olio (24). Inserire su una vite olio doppio
occhiello (25) in sequenza una rondella (26),
il gruppo tubo olio (24), una rondella (26), il
tubo originale (II), una rondella (26) e
montarli sulla pompa freno posteriore (MM)

avvitando e serrando la vite (25). Procedere
alla realizzazione della fascetta speciale

descritta a pag.7 della presente istruzione
assemblando sul tubo (18A) due fascette
(19A), (19B) e procedere al bloccaggio del

tubo olio (24) sul passacavo (NN)
tensionando la fascetta (19A). Inserire la
spina (1G) nel sensore pressione (21).

frenanti anteriore e posteriore seguendo
quanto riportato al capitolo "Sostituzione
liquido impianto frenante anteriore" e
"Sostituzione liquido impianto frenante
posteriore".

For versions WITHOUT ABS , only
Drain front and rear brake systems, as
described in sections "Front brake system
fluid replacement" and "Rear brake system
fluid replacement".
Reduce the steering angle by loosening
locking nuts (DD), and screwing threaded
grub screws (EE) until reaching a length of
L=15mm. Hold grub screws, and tighten
nuts (DD) again.
Loosen drilled screw (AA) on pipe (BB), and
remove copper washers (CC) from front
brake calliper (FF). Insert a seal (22) onto
pressure sensor (21) thread, screw and
tighten onto oil pipe (23). Insert a washer
(26), the oil pipe assembly (23), a washer
(26), the original pipe (BB) and a washer (26)
on the twin-eye oil screw (25) in the given
order, then fit them onto front brake calliper
(FF) by starting and tightening screw (25).
Then make the special tie described on
page 7 of these instructions: fit two ties
(19A) and (19B) on pipe (18A), and secure oil
pipe (23) on LH fork (W4), tensioning tie
(19A). Insert plug (1B) inside pressure
sensor (21), and secure it onto sensor using
a tie (19C). Secure plug wiring (1B) to main
wiring (GG) using a tie (19D).
Loosen drilled screw (HH) on pipe (II), and
remove copper washers (LL) from rear
brake calliper (MM). Insert a seal (22) onto
pressure sensor (21) thread, screw and
tighten onto oil pipe (24). Insert a washer
(26), the oil pipe assembly (24), a washer
(26), the original pipe (II) and a washer (26)
on the twin-eye oil screw (25) in the given
order, then fit them onto rear brake calliper
(MM) by starting and tightening screw (25).
Then make the special tie described on
page 7 of these instructions: fit two ties
(19A) and (19B) on pipe (18A), and secure oil
pipe (24) on cable ring (NN) tensioning tie
(19A). Insert plug (1G) inside pressure
sensor (21).
Fill front and rear brake systems, as
described in sections "Front brake system
fluid replacement" and "Rear brake system
fluid replacement".
