Applicare la basetta (27) sul cover codone
sinistro (E1) posizionandolo alle distanze
L1=40mm e L2=20mm come indicato in
figura. Facendo riferimento al manuale
officina al capitolo "Rimontaggio fianchetti"
rimontare il cover codone sinistro (E1) sul
telaietto posteriore. Tagliare n.2 strisce
(16B) di lunghezza L3=15mm di velcro (16)
e applicarne una sul retro della chiavetta
DDA (E3) come indicato in figura.
Rimuovere il tappo di protezione (E2) dalla
chiavetta DDA (E3). Posizionare il tratto
subito dietro la presa USB (1G) (il tratto con
il termorestringente nero) sulla basetta (27)
e bloccarlo utilizzando una fascetta (19).
Applicare l'altra striscia (16B) sopra la
striscia precedentemente montata sulla
chiavetta DDA (E3), inserire la chiavetta
DDA nella presa USB (1G), togliere la
pellicola protettiva della striscia (16B) e
E1
premere la chiavetta DDA verso il cover
codone sinistro (E1) al fine di far aderire la
striscia di velcro. In questo modo è possibile
rimuovere dal cover codone sinistro la
chiavetta DDA sganciando il velcro e
sfilandola dalla presa USB. Con la chiavetta
E3
DDA montata sulla presa USB e sul cover
codone sinistro terminare il collegamento
inserendo il connettore DDA (T) nella
chiavetta DDA (E3).

Position holder plate (27) onto LH tail guard

Refit LH tail guard cover (E1) onto rear
subframe, as described in section "Side
panel reassembly" of the workshop
manual. Cut no. 2 stripes (16B) – length
L3=15mm – of Velcro (16), and apply one of
them on DDA key (E3) back side, as shown
in the figure. Remove the protective cap
(E2) from DDA key (E3). Position the wiring
section immediately behind the USB socket
(1G), namely the section with the black heat
shrink sheath, on holder plate (27), and
secure it in place using one tie (19). Apply
the other stripe (16B) onto the stripe just
applied on the DDA key (E3), insert DDA key
inside USB socket (1G), remove stripe (16B)
protective film, and press the DDA key
towards the LH tail guard cover (E1) so as to
ensure a good adhesion of the Velcro stripe.
It will thus be possible to remove the DDA
key from the LH tail guard cover by simply
unfastening Velcro and sliding it out of USB
socket. With the DDA key duly inserted
inside the USB socket and onto LH tail
guard cover, complete the connection by
inserting the DDA connector (T) inside the
DDA key (E3).
