Follow the standards for con-
nection and use of electrical
equipment in potentially explo-
sive atmospheres.
Electric vibrators must be han-
dled, installed, commissioned,
inspected, maintained, repaired
and scrapped only by qualified
trained personnel with refer-
ence to the standards indicated
above. These operations must
always be carried out in the ab-
sence of potentially explosive
atmospheres.
Before carrying out any main-
tenance operation, set the elec-
tric vibrator and the appliance
on which it is connected in safe
condition.

Before acting on the appliance,
check to make sure the electric
vibrator temperature does not
exceed 40C°.
SPECIAL FEATURES
- The machine has provision for
connection in equipotential to
the mains earthing.
LUBRICATION
All electric vibrators are lubricated
by the manufacturer.
Electric vibrators which use ball
bearing (prelubricated and shield-
ed) do not require lubrication. In
models with roller bearings, the
used grease needs replacement
after 5000 hours of operation if the
electric vibrator is positioned hori-
zontally, and after 3000 hours of
operation if it is placed vertically.
Electric vibrators with roller bear-
ings are however provided with
lubrication channels accessible
from the outside; so the user
can decide to resort to "periodic
relubrication" which must be done
every 1000 hours of operation;
the quantity of grease required is
shown in Table (M.27-M.30) .Use
exclusively KLUBER ISOFLEX
NB52 grease.
For dismantling the bearings, refer
to the "Replacement of bearings"
paragraph.

Die Normen zu den Anschlüs-
sen und der Benutzung elektri-
scher Betriebsmittel in explo-
sionsgefährdeten Bereichen
beachten.
Die Unwuchtmotoren müssen
durch qualifiziertes und im
Hinblick auf die obigen Normen
geschultes Personal gehand-
habt, installiert, in Betrieb ge-
nommen, inspiziert, gewartet,
repariert und eventuell demo-
liert werden. Diese Vorgänge
müssen immer in Bereichen
ausgeführt werden, die nicht
explosionsgefährdet sind.
Bevor man irgendeine War-
tungsarbeit ausführt, müssen
der elektrische Unwuchtmotor
und das Gerät, an das er ange-
schlossen ist, in den sicheren
Zustand gebracht werden.

Bevor man Eingriffe ausführt,
immer sicherstellen, dass die
Temperatur des Unwuchtmotors
nicht über 40C° liegt.
SPEZIALEIGENSCHAFTEN
- Die Maschine ist für den An-
schluss mit Potentialausgleich
an das Erdungsnetz vorgerüstet.
SCHMIERUNG
Alle Unwuchtmotoren sind im Ur-
sprung vom Hersteller geschmiert
worden.
Die Unwuchtmotoren, die Ku-
gellager (vorgeschmiert und mit
Schild) haben, brauchen nicht
geschmiert zu werden. Bei den
Modellen mit Rollenlagern muss
das verbrauchte Fett nach 5000
Betriebsstunden ersetzt werden,
wenn der Unwuchtmotor hori-
zontal angebracht ist, oder nach
3000 Betriebsstunden, wenn er
vertikal steht.
Die Unwuchtmotoren mit Rollenla-
gern haben auf jeden Fall immer
von außen zugängliche Schmier-
kanäle. Der Anwender kann da-
her beschließen, die Methode
der „regelmäßigen Schmierung"
anzuwenden, die alle 1000 Be-
triebsstunden auszuführen ist. Die
erforderlichen Fettmengen stehen
in der Tabelle (M.27-M.30). Nur
Fett der Sorte KLUBER ISOFLEX
NB52 verwenden.
Zum Ausbau der Lager ist Bezug
auf den Abschnitt „Ersetzen der
Lager" zu nehmen.

- La machine est prévue pour
des liaisons équipotentielles au
réseau de mise à la terre.
LUBRIFICATION
Tous les motovibrateurs sont lubri-
fiés à l'origine par le Fabricant.
Les motovibrateurs qui utilisent
des roulements à bille (étanches
et pré-lubrifiés) ne requièrent
pas de lubrification). Dans les
modèles à roulements à rouleau
le remplacement de la graisse
épuisée est prévu seulement
après 5000 heures de fonction-
nement si le motovibrateur est
placé à l'horizontale ou après
3000 heures de fonctionnement
si le motovibrateur est placé à
la verticale. Les motovibrateurs
à roulements à rouleaux sont
munis de canaux de lubrifica-
tion accessibles de l'extérieur ;
l'utilisateur peut donc décider
d'utiliser la méthode de la « re-
lubrification périodique » qui doit
être faite toutes les 1000 heures
de fonctionnement ; les quantités
de graisse sont indiquées dans
le tableau (M.27-M.30). Utiliser
seulement de la graisse KLU-
BER ISOFLEX NB52.Pour le
démontage des roulements faire
référence au paragraphe « Rem-
placement des roulements ».

razioni devono essere sempre
svolte in assenza di atmosfere
potenzialmente esplosive.
Prima di effettuare un qualsiasi
intervento di manutenzione,
mettere in sicurezza il moto-
vibratore elettrico e l'apparec-
chiatura alla quale è collegato.

LUBRIFICAZIONE
Tutti i motovibratori sono lubrificati
in origine dalla Ditta Costruttrice.
I motovibratori che utilizzano
cuscinetti a sfera (prelubrificati
e schermati) non necessitano di
lubrificazione. Nei modelli con
cuscinetti a rullo, è prevista la
sostituzione del grasso esausto
dopo 5000 ore di funzionamento
se il motovibratore è posizionato
orizzontalmente, o dopo 3000 ore
di funzionamento se il motovibra-
tore è posizionato verticalmente. I
motovibratori con cuscinetti a rulli
sono comunque provvisti di canali
di lubrificazione accessibili dall'e-
sterno; l'utilizzatore può quindi
decidere di utilizzare il metodo
della "rilubrificazione periodica"
che deve essere effettuata ogni
1000 ore di funzionamento; le
quantità di grasso necessario
sono indicate in tabella a pag.
M.27-M.30 .Utilizzare solo grasso
KLUBER ISOFLEX NB52. Per lo
smontaggio dei cuscinetti fare
riferimento al paragrafo " Sostitu-
zione dei cuscinetti".
