STARTUP PROCEDURE
- Set the electric vibrator and the
appliance to which it is con-
nected in safety condition.
- This operation must be per-
formed exclusively by qualified
personnel.
- During operations involved in
disassembly and reassembly of
protective parts (covers, weights
and terminal board cover), dis-
connect power supply to the
electric vibrator.
Checking the power draw:
- Power the electric vibrator and
using an ammeter pliers, check
all phases to make sure the
power draw does not exceed
the value indicated on the rat-
ing plate. If this is not the case,
ensure that the structure or the
flexible system on which the
electric vibrator is fitted confirms
to the rules for correct applica-
tion.
- Never touch the electric vibrator
when it is working.
- Never start up the electric vibra-
tor without the safety cover on
the weights and the terminal
board cover.
- After a brief period of operation,
check the elements fixing the
electric vibrator to the structure
to ensure they are secured per-
fectly.

- Den elektrischen Unwuchtmotor
und das Gerät, an den er anzu-
schließen ist, in den sicheren
Zustand bringen.
- Der Vorgang darf ausschließlich
durch qualifiziertes Personal
ausgeführt werden.
- Während Aus- und Wiederein-
bau der Schutzteile (Abdek-
kungen, Fliehgewichte und
Klemmenkastendeckel) die
Stromversorgung des Unwucht-
motors ausschalten.
Prüfung der Stromaufnahme:
- Den Unwuchtmotor speisen und
mit dem Zangenstrommesser
auf allen drei Phasenleitern prü-
fen, dass die Stromaufnahme
nicht den Wert im Typenschild
überschreitet. Andernfalls prü-
fen, ob die Struktur oder das
elektrische System, in dem
der Unwuchtmotor eingebaut
ist, den Regeln der korrekten
Anwendung entspricht.
- Den Unwuchtmotor während
des Betriebs nie anfassen.
- Den Unwuchtmotor nie ohne die
Hauben auf den Fliehgewichten
und den Klemmenkastedeckel in
Betrieb nehmen.
- Nach einem kurzen Lauf erneut
alle Befestigungselemente des
Unwuchtmotors an der Struktur
auf festen Sitz prüfen.
PROCÉDURE DE DÉMARRAGE
- Mettre le motovibrateur élec-
trique en sécurité et l'appareil
auquel il est relié.
- L'opération doit être effectuée
exclusivement par du personnel
qualifié.
- Pendant les opérations de
démontage et de remontage des
éléments de protection (cou-
vercles, masses et couvercle
bornier), mettre le motovibrateur
hors tension.
Vérification du courant ab-
sorbé :
- Alimenter le motovibrateur et
vérifier avec une pince ampéro-
métrique, sur toutes les phases,
que l'absorption en dépasse par
la valeur indiquée sur la plaque.
Dans le cas contraire, vérifier
que la structure ou le système
élastique sur lequel est appliqué
le motovibrateur est conforme
aux règles de montage correct.
- Ne jamais toucher le motovibra-
teur pendant le fonctionnement.
- Ne jamais mettre le motovi-
brateur en marche sans les
couvercles de protection des
masses et le couvercle du bor-
nier.
- Après une courte période de
fonctionnement, contrôler de
nouveau le serrage des élé-
ments de fixation du motovibra-
teur à la structure.

PROCEDURA D'AVVIAMENTO
- Mettere in sicurezza il motovi-
bratore elettrico e l'apparecchia-
tura alla quale è collegato.
- L'operazione deve essere ese-
guita esclusivamente da perso-
nale qualificato.
- Durante le operazioni di smon-
taggio e rimontaggio delle parti
di protezione (coperchi, masse e
coperchio morsettiera), togliere
l'alimentazione del motovibrato-
re.
Verifica corrente assorbita:
- Alimentare il motovibratore e
verificare con pinza ampero-
metrica, su tutte le fasi, che
l'assorbimento non superi il
valore indicato in targa. In caso
contrario, verificare che la strut-
tura o sistema elastico sul quale
è applicato il motovibratore sia
conforme alle regole di corretta
applicazione.
- Non toccare mai il motovibratore
durante il funzionamento.
- Non avviare mai il motovibratore
senza i coperchi di protezione
delle masse e il coperchio mor-
settiera.
- Dopo un breve periodo di fun-
zionamento, ricontrollare il ser-
raggio degli elementi di fissaggio
del motovibratore alla struttura.
