Check to make sure the voltage
and frequency correspond to the
values indicated on the electric
vibrator identification plate.
When electric vibrators are in-
stalled in pairs, each of these must
have its own external overload
protection, and the two must be
interlocked to prevent working
of a single vibrator if the other
stops accidentally. Always use
delayed-action magnetothermal
cut-outs to prevent activation dur-
ing the start up phase, when the
power draw can reach very high
levels (especially at low tempera-
tures). Overload protection NOT
HIGHER THAN 10% of the plate
data, failing which the warrantee
will lapse!
All the electrical components the
installer intends installing in the
electric vibrator (such as overload
protection, sensors...) must be in
accordance:
- ATEX Directive 94/ 9/CE. cate-
gory II 2 GD or greater for the
outdoors (for zone 21, zone 1).
- Certification Class I Div.1, Class
II Div.1 (art. 501,502 NEC).
For connecting the electric vibra-
tor in equipotential, connect the
machine to earth using the special
clamp provided on the body.
NOTE: Check to make sure the
terminal board cover gasket is
positioned correctly, as incorrect
positioning can alter the degree
of protection.

Sicherstellen, dass die Spannung
und die Frequenz den Werten ent-
spricht, die auf dem Typenschild
des Unwuchtmotors stehen.
Wenn die Unwuchtmotoren paar-
weise installiert werden, hat jeder
davon einen eigenen Schutz ge-
gen Überlastung. Diese müssen
miteinander verbunden werden,
um zu vermeiden, dass nur ein
Unwuchtmotor funktioniert, falls
der andere unvorhergesehen
zum Stehen kommt. Immer Mo-
torschutzschalter mit verzögerter
Auslösung benutzen, damit die
Auslösung während der Start-
phase vermieden wird, in der die
Stromaufnahme sehr hohe Werte
erreichen kann (vor allem beim
Vorliegen tiefer Temperaturen).
Überlastschutz NICHT ÜBER
10 % der Typenschilddaten, weil
sonst die Garantie verfällt!
Alle elektrischen Komponenten
(wie Überlastschutz, Sensoren
...), die von einem Installateur in
den elektrischen Vibrationsmotor
eingebaut werden sollen, müssen
mit folgendem übereinstimmen:
- ATEX Richtlinie 94/ 9/CE. Kate-
gorie II 2 GD oder höherer für
den Außenbereich (für Zone
21, Zone 1)
- Zertifizierung Class I Div.1, Class
II Div.1 (Art. 501,502 NEC).
Für den Anschluss des Unwucht-
motors mit Potentialausgleich die
Maschine unter Benutzung der
Erdungsklemme au dem Gehäuse
erden.
ANMERKUNG: Darauf achten,
dass die Dichtung des Klemmen-
kastendeckels korrekt angeordnet
wird. Eine falsche Positionierung
kann zur Änderung der Schutzart
IP führen.

Contrôler que la tension et la
fréquence correspondent à celle
indiquée sur la plaque signalé-
tique du motovibrateur.
Quand les motovibrateurs sont
installés par paire il est impor-
tant que chaque appareil soit
doté d'une protection individuelle
extérieure contre les surcharges.
Ces protections doivent être
interverrouillées entre elles pour
éviter le fonctionnement d'un
seul motovibrateur en cas d'arrêt
accidentel de l'autre.. Utiliser
toujours des interrupteurs magné-
tothermiques à intervention retar-
dée, pour éviter leur intervention
pendant la phase de démarrage
quand le courant absorbé peut
atteindre des niveaux élevés
(surtout en présence de basses
températures). Protection contre
la surcharge NON SUPÉRIEURE
à 10% des données de plaque,
sous peine de déchéance de la
garantie !
Tous les composants électriques
que l'installateur aura appliqué
dans le motovibrateur (par ex.
protections contre la surcharge,
capteurs...) devra être conforme:
- À la directives ATEX 94/9/CE.
catégorie II 2 GD ou supérieure
pour l'extérieur (pour zone 21,
zone 1).
- À la Classe I Div. 1, Classe II
Div.1 selon l'article 500.5 du
NEC.
Pour la liaison équipotentielle du
motovibrateur, relier la machine à
la terre en utilisant la borne prévue
sur la carcasse.
REMARQUE : Faire attention à ce
que le joint du couvercle du bor-
nier soit placé correctement, un
mauvais positionnement pourrait
altérer l'indice de protection IP.

Controllare che la tensione e la
frequenza corrispondano a quella
indicata nella targa di identifica-
zione del motovibratore.
Quando i motovibratori vengono
installati in coppia, ognuno di
essi deve essere provvisto di
una propria protezione esterna
di sovraccarico, le quali devono
essere interbloccate tra loro,
onde evitare il funzionamento di
un solo motovibratore in caso
di arresto accidentale dell'altro.
Utilizzare sempre magnetotermici
ad intervento ritardato, in modo
da evitarne l'intervento durante
la fase di avviamento, nella quale
la corrente assorbita può raggiun-
gere livelli elevati (soprattutto in
presenza di basse temperature).
Protezione al sovraccarico NON
SUPERIORE al 10% dei dati di
targa, pena il decadimento della
garanzia!
Tutta la componentistica elettrica
che l'installatore andrà ad inserire
nel motovibratore elettrico (es.
protezioni per il sovraccarico, sen-
sori...) dovrà essere conforme:
- Alla direttiva ATEX 94/9/CE. ca-
tegoria II 2 GD o superiore per
l'esterno (per zona 21, zona 1).
- Alla certificazione Class I Div.1,
Class II Div.1 (art. 501,502
NEC).
Per il collegamento del motovibra-
tore in equipotenzialità, collegare
la macchina a terra utilizzando
l'apposito morsetto presente sulla
carcassa
NOTA: Fare attenzione che la
guarnizione del coperchio della
morsettiera sia posizionata cor-
rettamente; un errato posiziona-
mento potrebbe alterare il grado
di protezione IP.
