Don't place the device near a heater, stove or
other heat source, and not in full sunshine.
When the dehumidifier is in operation, outside
doors and windows should be closed when
necessary for most efficient use. Never use or
store the appliance in rooms smaller than 4m2
and always keep 20 cm of open space on all
sides of the appliance.
Installation / Continuous discharge
When the dehumidifier is operated at very high humidity levels, the water tank will
require more frequent drainage. Sometimes it is therefore more efficient to provide
a continuous discharge.
1. Remove the short, pre-shaped hose that is
fitted, as standard, to the rear of the
device. (Keep the short, pre-shaped hose in
a safe place!)
2. Connect the supplied hose Ø 10 mm to the
water drainage pipe at the top left of the
water tank. The hose must completely fit on
the pipe otherwise water damage may
occur. Route this hose to a higher water
drainage facility. (This container must be a
maximum of 3 metres higher than the
device).
3. Turn the pump on using the operation panel.
The maximum pumping height is 3 metres.
In the casing on the dehumidifier, there is a
small water container. (We don't mean the
removable water tank but an internal water container that is not visible). When
this internal water container is full, the pump will briefly pump this water out.
The pump will then switch off and wait until the internal water container is full
again.
Note: If you use continuous drainage, always check to ensure there are no leaks in
the hose connection before you leave the device unattended.
Tapping options
At the back of the device, at the bottom, there is a tap.
This tapping point can be used to remove residual water
from the device before moving or storing it. Remove the
plug at the back of the device. Don't forget to push the
