PLEASE NOTE!
Help with using the program is available in the help
system software, which can be accessed by pressing
the H3 button.
If the CD is not automatically executed, follow the steps below to
install the software:
 Double-click on Desktop.
 Move the mouse pointer to the DVD/CD drive.
 Right-click, then select Open.
 Double-click on Setup.exe.
 A wizard will then guide you through the installation process.
 Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
 Start the program via the symbol on the desktop.
 When you start the program for the first time, it has to be ac-
tivated. To activate the program, enter the serial number
HEZGA-B5DS5-3P3SS-GS648-HLJS6-UNP3E.

14. Troubleshooting

Check the following points if the camera does not function cor-
rectly. If the problem persists, consult MEDION Service.
14.8.1. The camera will not switch on.
The battery is not inserted correctly.
The battery is flat. Recharge it.
The battery compartment door is not closed properly.
