INSTALLAZIONE DEL MAGIC 105¡
I
Installando il MAGIC • necessario rispettare alcune regole per avere un
corretto movimento dell'anta.
- Eseguire la fossa nel terreno a filo pilastro con le quote riportate sul disegno
considerando che lÕasse delle cerniere dovrˆ cadere in mezzeria alla quota 500 (Fig. 5).
- Predisporre su un lato allÕimbocco del cassonetto un tubo in PVC ¯ 50 mm per lo
scarico dellÕacqua e un tubo ¯ 32 mm max di tipo isolante flessibile pesante per lÕuscita
dei cavi elettrici, affinchŽ la giunzione dei cavi stessi avvenga allÕinterno di una scatola
di derivazione stagna. La stessa pu˜ essere murata o fissata esternamente, collocata
da terra ad unÕaltezza minima di sicurezza e dovrˆ garantire il rispetto delle norme.
- Con una livella posizionare il cassonetto in modo che il filo superiore coperchio
corrisponda al piano finito del pavimento.
- Cementare facendo attenzione che la malta non entri allÕinterno del cassonetto,
verificando che i lati pi• corti del cassonetto siano perfettamente paralleli al
cancello quando • in posizione ÒCHIUSOÓ.
- Infilare la leva a palmola sull'albero del cassonetto verificando prima che la ralla di
bronzo sia montata sullÕalbero.
Il collegamento tra anta e leva a palmola pu˜ avvenire come da figure 6 e 7.
N.B. Nel caso di cancello giˆ esistente con supporto portante a terra, lÕinstallazione •
possibile facendo fare la funzione di supporto al motore (vedi installazione Fig. 7)

Il MAGIC 180¡ viene fornito ambidestro quindi potete applicarlo sulla destra o sulla
sinistra del cancello indifferentemente e vale quanto detto per la versione 105¡ tranne
che per quanto segue:
- Cementare facendo attenzione che la malta non entri allÕinterno del cassonetto,
verificando che i lati pi• corti del cassonetto siano perfettamente perpendicolari al
cancello quando • in posizione ÒCHIUSOÓ a seconda dellÕangolo dÕapertura che
si vuole realizzare.
Il collegamento tra anta e leva a palmola pu˜ avvenire come da figure 8 e 9.
N.B. Nel caso di cancello giˆ esistente con supporto
portante a terra, lÕinstallazione • possibile facendo fare la
funzione di supporto al motore (vedi installazione Fig. 9).

Lors de lÕinstallation du MAGIC, il est
nŽcessaire de respecter certaines r•gles afin dÕobtenir un
fonctionnement correct du vantail.
- Creuser le sol au ras du pilier en respectant les cotes
rapportŽes sur le dessin en considŽrant que lÕaxe des
charni•res devra tomber au milieu de la cote 500 (Fig. 5).
- Installer ˆ c™tŽ de lÕentrŽe du caisson un tube en PVC 50
mm pour lÕŽcoulement de lÕeau et un tube de type isolant
de 32 mm max., flexible et rŽsistant pour la sortie des c‰bles Žlectriques, afin que le
raccordement des c‰bles se fasse ˆ lÕintŽrieur dÕune bo"te de dŽrivation Žtanche. Celle-
ci peut •tre emmurŽe ou fixŽe extŽrieurement, raccordŽe ˆ la terre, ˆ une hauteur
minimale de sŽcuritŽ, et devra rŽpondre aux normes. A lÕaide dÕun niveau positionner le
caisson de fa•on ˆ ce que le bord supŽrieur du couvercle soit au ras du sol.
- Cimenter en faisant attention ˆ ce que le mortier ne pŽn•tre pas ˆ lÕintŽrieur du caisson
et en sÕassurant que les c™tŽs les plus courts du caisson sont parfaitement
parall•les au portail lorsque celui-ci est en position ÒFERMEÓ.
- Enfiler le levier ˆ fourche sur lÕarbre du caisson en sÕassurant prŽalablement que la
crapaudine de bronze est montŽe sur lÕarbre.
Le raccordement entre le vantail et le levier ˆ fourche peut se faire comme indiquŽ sur
les figures 6-7.
N.B. : Lorsque le portail dŽjˆ installŽ dispose dÕun support portant ˆ terre, lÕinstallation est
possible en se servant du moteur comme support (voir installation Fig. 7).

Le MAGIC 180¡ est fourni en version ambidextre et peut •tre installŽ indiffŽremment sur
la droite ou la gauche du portail. Toutes les instructions du 105 sont valables.
De plus:
Cimenter en prenant soin de ne pas introduire de mortier dans le caisson, en veillant ˆ
ce que les c™tŽs les plus courts du caisson soient parfaitement perpendiculaires
au portail en position ÒFERMEÓ selon lÕangle dÕouverture que lÕon dŽsire obtenir. Le
raccordement entre vantail et fourche peut •tre fait comme indiquŽ figures 8-9.
N.B. : Lorsque le portail dŽjˆ installŽ dispose dÕun support portant ˆ terre, lÕinstallation est
possible en se servant du moteur comme support (voir installation Fig. 9).

- Dig the pit fully up to the wall or gate post, keeping to the dimensions indicated in the
drawing and remembering that the hinge centre should fall half way along the 500
dimension (fig 5).
- Attach a 50 mm PVC tube to the water drain outlet on one side of the box, and a heavy
duty flexible insulating tube of 32 mm max to the power cable outlet. Electrical
connections are made remote from the unit internally of a sealed junction box, which
can be either let into a wall or surface mounted, but must in any event be installed at a
minimum height above ground sufficient to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Position the foundation box in the pit so that the topmost surface of the cover is flush
with the finished floor or paving.
- Anchor the box with cement mortar, taking care that none of the mix finds its way into
the enclosure, and checking that the shorter sides are faultlessly parallel with the
gate when in the SHUT position.
- Couple the transmission lever to the output shaft, checking first that the bronze thrust
bearing is fitted to the shaft.
The connection between gate and lever can be made as indicated in figs 6 and 7.
NB - when converting an existing gate with a load bearing support at ground level, the
MAGIC unit can be utilized as a replacement support (see installation fig 7).
The MAGIC 180¡ is universal and can be fitted to a left or right hand opening gate; the
procedure is the same as for the 105¡, with the following exception:
- Anchor the box with cement mortar, taking care that none of the mix finds its way into
the enclosure, and checking that the shorter sides are faultlessly square with the
gate when in the SHUT position, depending on the required opening arc.
The connection between gate and lever can be made as indicated in figs 8 and 9.

- Den Zughebel auf die GehŠusewelle setzen und sicherstellen, da§ die Bronzescheibe
montiert ist.

N.B.: FŸr bereits bestehende Tore mit bodenseitiger TrŠgerstruktur, kann die tragende
Funktion bei der Installation vom Motor Ÿbernommen werden (siehe Installation Abb. 7).
MAGIC 180¡ kann sowohl auf die rechte als auch auf die linke Torseite montiert werden.
Abgesehen von nachstehenden Punkten wird diese Version entsprechend Version 105¡
installiert:
- Beim Einmauern keinen Zement in das GehŠuse eindringen lassen.
Die kŸrzeren GehŠuseseiten mŸssen genau senkrecht zum ÒGESCHLOSSENENÓ
Tor sein.
