fino a 150¡.
Questa soluzione • possibile se lÕasse dei cardini corrisponde allÕasse del motore.
La leva di traino del MAGIC fuoriesce dal coperchio di soli 2,2 cm, quindi opera nel pieno
rispetto della normativa senza che si debbano fare correzioni di nessun genere alla
struttura del cancello.

vantail. MAGIC est rŽversible et ne nŽcessite donc pas de dŽblocage.
MAGIC peut actionner aisŽment des grilles et des portails pesant jusquÕˆ 350 kg avec
des vantaux dÕune longueur allant jusquÕˆ 2,5 m avec un temps dÕouverture de 20
secondes dans la version 105¡ et un temps dÕouverture de 40 secondes dans la version

MAGIC, dans la version 180¡ (Fig. 4) permet lÕouverture du vantail jusquÕˆ 180¡ si
lÕarbre en sortie de moteur se trouve dans lÕaxe des gonds du vantail et jusquÕˆ 150¡ sÕil
est dŽcalŽ de 4,5 cm.
Cette solution est possible lorsque lÕaxe des gonds est en face de lÕaxe du moteur.
Le levier ˆ fourche de MAGIC ne dŽpasse du ras du couvercle que de 2,5 cm, travaillant
ainsi dans les normes, sans quÕil soit nŽcessaire dÕapporter des corrections quelconques
sur la structure du portail.

The MAGIC is a reversible electromechanical actuator with bronze safety
clutch and oil-immersed gears designed to guarantee safe operation for the user and
ensure dependable mechanical strength under impact and shock loads.
The MAGIC is supplied as a self-contained unit complete with galvanized steel
foundation box (41x25x17h cm).
The profile of the box is recessed to facilitate installation.The unit comes complete with a
mechanical limit switch (or for the 105¡ version, if requested, totally enclosed
electromechanical limit switches rated IP67), transmission lever, and a trafficable cover.
MAGIC 105¡ version (fig 3): this has a system controlling the speed of the opening and
closing movements (opening movement initially slow, then fast; closing movement
initially fast, then slow immediately before shutting).
The MAGIC functions as a load-bearing centre hinge, designed in such a way that the
motor can be removed for servicing purposes without taking down the gate.
The MAGIC drive is reversible, and therefore requires no release mechanism.
The MAGIC will comfortably operate gates and doors up to 350 kg in weight and 2.5
metres in length, with an opening time of 20 seconds for the 105¡ version and 40
seconds for the 180¡ version (in compliance with current standards).
MAGIC 180¡ version (fig 4): installing this version, a gate can be rotated through 180¡ if
the drive shaft is coaxially aligned with the hinge centre, or through 150¡ with the drive
shaft offset from the centre of rotation by up to 4.5 cm.
This arrangement is possible if the hinge centre coincides with the drive shaft.
The transmission lever of the MAGIC projects just 2.5 cm from the cover and is therefore
fully in compliance with standards, with no need for any modifications whatever to the
structure of the gate.

Er verfŸgt desweiteren Ÿber einen mechanischen Endanschlag (bzw. auf Wunsch einen
wasserdichten elektromagnetischen Endschalter IP67 bei Version 105¡), einen Zughebel
fŸr versetzte Motorbewegung im Vergleich zu den Torscharnieren und eine befahrbare
Abdeckung.
Der Antrieb befindet sich in einem GehŠuse aus verzinktem Eisen (41x25 H17cm) fŸr
den problemlosen Unterflureinbau.
MAGIC weist in der Version 105¡ (Abb. 3) ein FlŸgel-Verzšgerungssystem sowohl bei
der ...ffnungs- als auch bei der Schlie§bewegung (Beschleunigung der anfŠnglich
langsamen ...ffnungsbewegung und Verzšgerung der Schlie§bewegung am Anschlag)
auf. MAGIC trŠgt das FlŸgelgewicht und der Motor kann fŸr Wartungsarbeiten entfernt
werden, ohne den FlŸgel zu demontieren.
MAGIC ist reversierbar und benštigt daher keine Entriegelung.
Mit MAGIC kšnnen TŸren und Tore bis zu 350 kg mit einer max. FlŸgellŠnge von 2,5 m
betŠtigt werden, wobei die ...ffnungszeiten (gemŠ§ Normvorschriften) 20 Sekunden (in
der Version mit ...ffnung 105¡) bzw. 40 Sekunden (Version mit ...ffnung 180¡) betragen.
MAGIC Version 180¡ (Abb. 4): Bei koaxialer Position von Motorabtriebswelle und
FlŸgelscharnieren betrŠgt die max. FlŸgelšffnung 180¡, 150¡ dagegen bei versetztem
Einbau (bis zu 4,5 cm) von Welle und Scharnierachse.
Diese Lšsung ist mšglich, wenn Scharnier- und Motorachse Ÿbereinstimmen.
Der Zughebel von MAGIC Ÿberragt die Abdeckung nur um 2,5 cm und liegt somit im
Normbereich, ohne da§ irgendwelche AbŠnderungen an der Torstruktur vorgenommen
werden mŸssen.
