7.6 RUOTE CON CERCHIETTO A 5 PEZZI
7.6.1_Stallonatura e smontaggio
con UTENSILE DOPPIO
1) Bloccare la ruota sull'autocentrante, come precedentemente de-
scritto, e assicurarsi che la stessa sia sgonfia.
2) Abbassare il braccio porta utensili in posizione di lavoro, fino a che
si sarà agganciato con l'apposito cricchetto.
3) Agendo sul manipolatore posizionare la ruota in modo che il disco
stallonatore sfiori il bordo esterno del cerchietto a balconata.
4) Ruotare l'autocentrante e contemporaneamente avanzare fino al

distacco del cerchietto dal cerchio facendo attenzione a non rovinare
l'anello OR.
5) Ripetere l'operazione facendo però avanzare il disco stallonatore
contro il cerchietto (vedi fig. 44) fino a liberare l'anello di bloccaggio

che verrà poi estratto con l'apposita leva (22) o con l'aiuto del disco
stallonatore.
6) Rimuovere l'anello OR.
7) Allontanare il braccio porta utensili dal bordo del cerchio. Sganciare
il cricchetto e sollevare il braccio in posizione di fuori lavoro.
Traslare il braccio porta utensili sul lato interno della ruota.
8) Ruotare di 180° l'utensile e abbassare il braccio in posizione di
lavoro.
9) Ruotare l'autocentrante e contemporaneamente abbassarlo in
modo da inserire il disco stallonatore tra tallone e bordo del cerchio.
Solamente quando il tallone inizia a staccarsi avanzare con il disco
fino a portare il tallone esterno a filo con il bordo esterno del cerchio.
N.B.: Durante l'operazione lubrificare.
10) Ribaltare il braccio porta utensili in posizione di fuori lavoro.
11) Traslare la pedana mobile (10) fino a portarla sotto la verticale
del pneumatico.
7.6 WHEELS WITH 5-PIECE SPLIT RING
7.6.1_Bead breaking and tyre removing with
DOUBLE TOOL
1) Clamp the wheel on the spindle as described previously and make
sure it is deflated.
2) Lower the tool carrier arm to its working position until it is locked
in position by the proper hook.
3) Use the control levers (3) (4) to position the wheel so that the bead
breaking disk skims the outer edge of the split-ring.
4) Turn the spindle and at the same time move the bead breaking
disk forward until the split-ring is detached. Watch out for the O-ring.
5) Repeat this operation but this time move the disk against the
split-ring (See Fig. 44) until the locking ring is released. This ring
can be removed with the special lever (22) or with the help of the
bead breaking disk.
6) Remove the O-ring
7) Move the tool carrier arm away from the edge of the rim. Release
the hook and tip the arm to its non-working position.
Move the tool carrier arm to the inside plane of the wheel.
8) Turn the tool head of 180° and lower the arm to its working position.
9) Turn the spindle and at the same time lower it so as to fit the bead
breaking disk between bead and rim edge. Move the disk forward
only when the bead starts detaching. Go on moving the disk until the
outer bead is clos to the rim outer edge. (Remarks: lubricate during
this operation).
10) Tip the tool carrier arm to its non-working position.
11) Move the platform (10) directly under the wheel.
