6.4_Operation test
Before working with tyre-changer it is necessary to carry out some
tests to check the correct operation and installation as well.
All the following operations must be carried out with
the tool-holder (17) set OUT OF WORK.
Refer to fig. 11 for carrying out the running test.
Then, act on lever 18 to unlock the arm. Pull it and set it out of
work.
Switch on the main switch (1) on control panel. The machine must
turn on.
Set lever (2) in the position indicated by the continuous arrow to let
the flange (6) turn COUNTERCLOCKWISE.
Set lever (2) in the position indicated by the dashed arrow to let the
flange (6) turn CLOCKWISE.
Set lever (3) in the position indicated by the continuous arrow to move
the carriage (16) RIGHTWARDS.
Set lever (3) in the position indicated by the dashed arrow to move
the carriage (16) LEFTWARDS.
Set lever (4) in the position indicated by the continuous arrow to
LOWER the flange-holding arm.
Set lever (4) in the position indicated by the dashed arrow to LIFT
the arm.
The action of the flange-holding arm can create some
possible crushing points. Always work out of the arm's
action range.
6.4_Operation test
Avant de la mise en marche du démonte-pneus, il faut effectuer
quelques contrôles pour vérifier le correct fonctionnement ainsi
que la corrècte installation.
Effectuer toutes les opérations suivantes avec le bras porte-
outil (17) en position HORS TRAVAIL.
Pour effectuer le test de fonctionnement se réferer à la fig.11
Agir sur le levier 18 pour débloquer le bras et le positionner hors
travail.
Actionner l'intérrupteur général (1) placé sur le tableau de commande.
La machine doit se mettre en marche.
Actionner le levier (2) dans le sens indiqué par la flèche continue pour
faire tourner la bride (6) en sens ANTIHORAIRE
Actionner le levier (2) dans le sens indiqué par la flèche hachurée
pour faire tourner la bride (6) en sens HORAIRE.
Actionner le levier (3) dans le sens indiqué par la flèche continue
pour déplacer le chariot (16) vers DROITE.
Actionner le levier (3) dans le sens indiqué par la flèche hachurée
pour déplacer le chariot (16) vers GAUCHE.
Actionner le levier (4) dans le sens indiqué par la flèche continue
pour BAISSER le bras porte-bride.
Actionner le levier (4) dans le sens indiqué par la flèche hachurée
pour SOULEVER le bras porte-bride.
L'actionnement du bras porte-bride entraîne des points
d'écrasement potentiels.
Opérer toujours hors du rayon d'action du bras.
6.4_Betriebtest
Vor der Aufnahme der Arbeit sind einige Prüfungen erforderlich, um
den korrekten Betrieb sowie die fehlerfreie Aufstellung der Maschine
festzustellen.
Alle folgende Überprüfungen mit Werkzeugtragarm (19)
in RASTSTELLUNG ausführen.
Zum Betriebtest auf Abb. 11 sich beziehen.
Durch Betätigung Hebels 18 den Arm freigeben und in Raststellung
stellen.
Hauptschalter (1) auf Steuertafel betätigen. Die Maschine soll sich
in Betrieb setzen.
Hebel (2) in Richtung des ununterbrochenen Pfeils zur LINK-
SDREHUNG Flansches (6) betätigen.
Hebel (2) in Richtung des gestrichelten Pfeils zur RECHTSDREHUNG
Flansches (6) betätigen.
Hebel (3) in Richtung des ununterbrochenen Pfeils zur RECHT-
SBEWEGUNG Schlittens (16) betätigen.
Hebel (3) in Richtung des gestrichelten Pfeils zur LINKSBEWEGUNG
Schlittens (16) betätigen.
Hebel (4) in Richtung des ununterbrochenen Pfeils zum SENKEN
Flanschtragarmes betätigen.
Hebel (4) in Richtung des gestrichelten Pfeils zum HEBEN Flan-
schtragarmes betätigen.
Bei Betätigung des Flanschtragarmes entstehen poten-
tielle Quetschungspunkte.
Immer außer Reichweite des Armes bleiben.
