POTENTIAL HAZARD
- Battery charging can produce explosive gases.

- Battery gases can explode - causing serious injury.
HOW TO AVOID DANGER
- Keep sparks, flames or cigarettes away from the battery.
- Air the room during charging and during indoor battery usage.

7.1 BATTERY CHECK

Check battery voltage with digital voltmeter. Locate the battery voltage in the table
below and charge the battery within the recommended time interval - to bring the
charge to 12.6 V full charge or higher.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the negative and positive battery cable are properly
connected and that the charger used to charge the battery has a 16 Volt and 7
Ampere output or less - in order to avoid damaging the battery.
