 If the oil level is low, add oil - to bring the oil level to the "FULL" mark - on the
measuring rod. Use the oil as indicated in the Engine Instruction Manual.
IMPORTANT: IMPORTANT: DO NOT work with the engine if the oil level is below
the "LOW" mark or the "ADD" mark on the measuring rod or if the level is above
the "FULL" mark.
5.1.2 Clean the engine cooling system.
Service interval: Daily or more often - if the conditions are dry.
 Stop the engine, wait for all moving parts to stop and remove the key:
 Clean all waste from the rotary air intake engine filter and around the engine
housing.
POTENTIAL HAZARD
- Too much waste can cause overheating of the engine and hydraulic system.
WHAT COULD HAPPEN
- Excessive waste around the air intake of the engine cooling and inside the
pump - can create a fire hazard.
HOW TO AVOID DANGER
- Clean all waste around the engine and hydraulic pump - daily.
a) Stop the engine, wait for all moving parts to stop and remove the key.
Clean all waste from the rotary air intake engine filter and around the engine
housing.
5.1.2 Clean the grass deposits that are located under the housing.
Service interval: Daily.
 Stop the engine, wait for all moving parts to stop and remove the key:
 Clean the grass deposits from the lower part of the housing and the discharge
channel. 5.1.4 Inspect the mower blades
Service interval: Daily.
 Stop the engine, wait for all moving parts to stop, remove the key or remove
the cord from the spark plug.
 Lift the housing
 Inspect the blades and sharpen or repair if necessary.
 Reinstall the blades (if they were removed) by placing a block of wood between
the front or rear partition and the blade. Then tighten the blade screws to
66±13ft-lb (90±18N·m). Ensure that the spring washer cone is installed against
the screw head. (See Figure 6).
