Setting welding nozzle
Setting height with nozzle gauge
• Hot air welding machine in transport readiness position.
Lower of the hot air welding machine with handle (27).

Hot air blower (8) must be in parked position.

Slide the notch in the nozzle gauge (38) into the height positioning sheet (39).

Loosen the two screws on height positioning sheet (39). Push height positioning sheet (39) downwards as

far as limit stop. Tighten the two screws on and remove nozzle gauge (38).

Setting distance between welding nozzle (9) and pressure roller (11) without nozzle gauge
• Hot air welding machine in transport readiness position.
O Lower hot air welding machine using handle (27).
P Hot air blower (8) must be in parked position.

Loosen swivel axis adjustment screws (25).
R Align hot air blower (8) parallel to the pressure roller (11) as shown in the illustration.
Tighten swivel axis adjustment screws (25).
