Inserting tape in tape guide roller
Inserting anti-vandalism strip; tape width 25 mm
• Extruded PVC with 1.5 mm steel wire inside
– Push anti-vandalism strip between tape guide rollers (12) onto pressure
roller (11). The anti-vandalism strip must not have any contact with the nozz-
les during welding.
• Tarpaulin material fabric 620 g/m
– Push anti-vandalism strip between tape guide rollers (12) onto pressure
roller (11). Anti-vandalism strip has nozzle contact during welding.
– Note: If the tape is uneven on the rear, welding should be carried out without
nozzle contact.
Inserting PVC strap tape; tape width 50 mm
• Tarpaulin material fabric F = 2400kg; tarpaulin material fabric F = 1300kg
– Push PVC strap tape between tape guide rollers (12) onto pressure roller (11).
PVC strap tape has nozzle contract during welding.

After inserting tape

• After inserting anti-vandalism strip or PVC strap tape, pressure roller (11) must
be lifted using handle (27).
• Pull inserted tape material by hand under pressure roller (11) approx. 10 to 20 cm through.
