G G G G G Test the GSM Network signal strength
before mounting the GS3050-A in the
proposed placement.
1. Remove the screws and the metal casing [1].
2. Drill the anchor screw holes (use the back-
plate to mark the screw locations).
Check for cable conduits and water

pipes before drilling.
3. Lay the cables, then pull them through the ca-
ble entry [11].
4. Attach the backplate to the wall.
5. Insert the SIM-CARD (see Figure 2a).
The SIM-CARD PIN must be disabled.

6. Complete the connections on the terminal bo-
ard [10].
7. Fit the antenna [2] and connector [5], then clo-
se the GS3050-A.

CONNECTIONS

A detailed description of the GS3050-A terminals
can be found in Table 3.

connections, with one end connected to
negative, and the other floating.
Connect the Security device telephone terminals
(L.E. on BENTEL products) to terminals 3-4 (L.I.)
on the GS3050-A board and, if required, connect
Terminals 1-2 (L.E.) directly to the PSTN line.

External telephone line.These terminals can be connected to the PSTN line.
Internal telephone line. These terminals (normally connected to the PSTN line) must

be connected to the telephone device terminals (terminals L.E. on Bentel Diallers).
Earth. In compliance with the Telecommunications Network Safety Standards

(Overvoltage protection), this terminal must be connected to the Mains Earth.
