Tank/machine/filter assembly hose connections:
Use the hose supplied to make the hose connections between the tank, machine and filter assembly in accordance with on-site
conditions; see Fig. 21.
Note
Hose position, see Fig. 21.
Connection to machine, see Fig. 21, Pos. 1.
All hose connections should be secured with hose clips. Secure hoses in position using suitable fastenings as appropriate.
Electrical connection:
Install the provided 6-terminal terminal block in accordance with the machine's installation plan.
Lay the designation strips 1 - 6 under the terminal block.
Unwind the connection leads from the control wiring harness and connect them according to their identifying markings.
Note
Alternatively, make connections with the wiring harness provided.
Connect the tank drain valve, the immersion pump and filter assembly drain valve to the terminal block in accordance with the
recycling unit (WRG) wiring diagram.
Connect the ground lead to the ground screw on the component bracket.
Secure leads with cable ties as appropriate.
After installation work has been completed, carry out the following:
Check all water connections for leaks and carry out a test run.
Place the recycling unit wiring diagram with the machine wiring diagram.
Re-install the rear panel and machine lid.
Perform an electrical safety check.
Reconnect the machine to the power supply.
