Zwischenlagerung
Bei Zwischenlagerung des Ventilators
unbedingt folgende Punkte beachten:
• Ventilator in Transportverpackung einlagern,
bzw. diese in Abhängigkeit der äußeren
Einflüsse ergänzen.
• Lagerort muss trocken und staubfrei sein
und darf keine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit (<70%)
aufweisen.
• Max. zulässige Lagertemperatur:
-25 °C bis + 40 °C

Montage / Installation
5.1
Sicherheitshinweise
• Die Montage darf nur von Fachpersonal
unter Beachtung dieser Betriebsanleitung
sowie den gültigen Vorschriften ausgeführt
werden.
• Schutzvorrichtungen, die für
Montagearbeiten demontiert wurden,
unmittelbar nach der Montage ( und vor dem
elektrischen Anschluss) wieder anbringen.
• Ventilatoren so montieren, dass die
Standsicherheit bei Betrieb jederzeit
gewährleistet ist.
• Dachventilatoren in vorgeschriebener Weise
mit dem Grundrahmen am Dachsockel
befestigen.
Ein Abfangen der Massen an anderen
Stellen führt zu Beschädigung des
Ventilators und gefährdet die Sicherheit.
5.2
Aufstellungsort
• Der Aufstellungsort muss in Art,
Beschaffenheit, Umgebungstemperatur und
Umgebungsmedium für den jeweiligen
Ventilator (Punkte 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 beachten)
geeignet sein.
• Die Unterkonstruktion muss eben und
ausreichend tragfähig sein.
• Die Befestigungsebene sollte möglichst
horizontal sein, eine Montage auf schrägen
Flächen bis max 25°, bei Ex-Ventilatoren bis
5° Neigungswinkel ist jedoch zulässig.
5.3
Aufstellung / Befestigung
Dachventilator mit der Grundplatte auf den
Sockel aufsetzen.
Zum Ausgleich der Schraubenköpfe auf
der Grundrahmenunterseite die
Sockelschrauben mit ca. 5 mm hohen
Distanzscheiben (2) versehen.
Dichtungsband (3) auf Sockelfläche
auflegen (für luftdichte Auflage).
Dichtungsscheiben aus Kunststoff unter den
Befestigungsmuttern verhindern das
eindringen von Wasser.
• Dichtungsband und Kunststoffscheiben
gehören zum Lieferumfang bei
Dachsockeln!
Sockelschrauben gleichmäßig anziehen, um
Verspannungen zu vermeiden.
Nach Montage durch Drehen von Hand
prüfen, ob Laufrad leichtgängig läuft und nicht
streift.
Temporary storage
When storing the fan temporarily the
following points must be observed in all
cases:
• Store the fan in its transport packaging,
protected as necessary from the environment.
• The storage site must be dry and dust
free and should not register high humidity
(<70%).
• Maximum storage temperature
allowed: -25 °C + 40 °C
Mounting / Installation
Safety precautions
• The installation should only be carried
out by qualified personnel in accordance with
this operating manual and the regulations in
force.
• Protective devices which were removed for
assembly work should be replaced
immediately after the assembly (and before
connecting the electricity).
• Assemble fans in such a way that the
stability is guaranteed at all times during
operation.
• Secure roof fans by the base frame to the
roof base as instructed.
Supporting the weight at other places may
damage the fan and endanger safety.
Installation site
• The installation site must be suitable for the
respective fan as regards category, condition,
ambient temperature and ambient medium
(see points 3.3, 3.4, 3.5)
• The foundation structure must be level and
of sufficiently good bearing.
• The mounting surface must be as horizontal
as possible; however mounting on a sloping
surface with an inclination angle of up to 25°
maximum is possible, but for ex-proof fans the
angle is limited up to 5° .
Installation/ Fixing
• Place the roof fan with the base plate
on the base.
• To compensate for the screw heads on
the base frame underside, provide the
base screws with spacer discs about 5mm
high (2).
• Place sealing band (3) on the base surface
(for airtight bed).
• Plastic sealing washers under the mounting
nuts prevent water from entering.
• The sealing band and the plastic sealing
washers are included in the delivery of
roof bases!
• Tighten base screws evenly to avoid
warping.
• After mounting check that the impeller
rotates freely.
Stockage intermédiaire
En cas de stockage intermédiaire du
ventilateur, suivre impérativement les
points suivants :
• stocker le ventilateur dans son emballage
d'origine, éventuellement renforcer la
protection contre les éléments extérieurs en
fonction de ceux-ci.
• Le lieu de stockage doit être propre sans
poussière et sec (humidité <70%)
• Température maxi. de stockage : -25 °C à
+40 °C
Montage / Installation
Consignes de sécurité
• Le montage ne doit être exécuté que par du
personnel qualifié qui suivra à la lettre les
présentes instructions de service ainsi que les
règlements locaux en vigueur
• Les éléments de protection démontés pour
effectuer les travaux de montage doivent
obligatoirement être remis en place après le
montage (avant le branchement électrique).
• Monter les ventilateurs de telle sorte que
leur stabilité de fonctionnement soit garantie
en permanence.
• Fixer les extracteurs de toiture
conformément aux prescriptions avec le cadre
de fixation sur le socle du toit.
La répartition des masses en d'autres
points détériore le ventilateur et réduit la
sécurité.
Lieu de montage
• Le lieu de montage doit être prévu de
manière à répondre aux critères de
température ambiante, de propriétés de
l'environnement du ventilateur (suivre les
points 3.3, 3.4, 3.5)
• Le socle doit être plan et pouvoir supporter
la charge
• Il faudrait dans la mesure du possible que la
surface de fixation soit horizontale mais
toutefois un montage sur des surfaces
inclinées jusqu'à 25° maxi. est permis, sauf
pour ventilateurs anti-déflagrants où l'angle
est limité à 5°.
Montage /Fixation
• Poser l'extracteur de toiture avec la plaque
d'assise sur le socle.
• Afin de compenser les têtes de vis sur le
côté inférieur du cadre de fixation, munir
les vis du socle de rondelles d'espacement
(2) d'env. 5 mm d'épaisseur
• Poser la bande d'étanchéité (3) sur la
surface du socle (pour étanchéité à l'air)
• Les rondelles intercalaires en plastique
posées sous les écrous de fixation empêchent
la pénétration de l'eau.
• la bande d'étanchéité et les rondelles en
plastique font partie de la livraison des
socles de toit!
• Serrer régulièrement les vis du socle afin
d'éviter des tensions.
• Après le montage, vérifier à la main que la
turbine tourne librement et ne frotte pas.
