In addition to configuring a single MFP, you can also perform multiple
device configuration. Multiple device mode configures several MFPs
at once. For information on this feature, see the HP Web Jetadmin
Reference Manual.
HP MFP Digital Sending Software Configuration
Utility
To access the analog MFP fax settings using DSS configuration
utility, perform the following steps.

Start HP Web Jetadmin.
In the At a Glance text box, type the IP address of the MFP in the
Quick Device Find text box, and then select GO to display the
device status in the right pane. Select Digital Sending from the
status drop-down menu in that pane.
Under the Digital Send Settings menu, select Send to Fax to
display the Fax Settings Screen.
On the Fax Settings screen make any changes to the settings,
and then select OK to accept the settings. Select Advanced to
display the Advanced MFP Modem Settings screen for additional
fax settings.
For information about the settings, see the descriptions in this
guide.
After you have made changes to the settings, select OK to accept
the settings.
Start the utility (on the PC or server) to display the main screen.
Select the MFP and click the Configure MFP button from the
main screen, and then select the Send to Fax tab to display the
Fax Settings screen.
To enable the fax capabilities on the MFP, check Enable Send to
Fax. To access Analog Fax settings, select directly from the
mfp's internal modem from the Send Faxes... drop-down list.
On the Fax Settings screen make any changes to the settings
and select OK to accept the settings. Select Advanced to display
the Advanced MFP Modem Settings screen for additional fax
settings.

After you have made changes to the settings, select OK to accept
