MECHANICS

The module ergonomics and the quick assembly in line arrays are guaranteed by:

FRONT SIDE

1) Lower fastening system for connecting other modules or the TF-VIO1/AF/VIO1/DSA-VIOL208 frame (in
flown/stacked configuration depending on the accessory).
2) Retractable brackets for fastening to an upper module (or to a DRK-208 fly-bar in flown configuration).
3) Pins for fastening the retractable brackets in open/closed position [2].

REAR SIDE

4) Central bracket. Equipped with graduated label for selecting the angle of the line-array module.
Steps every 1° are possible (range: 0-10°).
5) Pin for fixing the angle of inclination: it is necessary to insert only 1 pin in flown configuration, 2 in
stacked configuration. See the figures on page 9.
6) Movable arm with slot. Inserted in bracket [4], it mechanically fastens the unit at the selected angle by
means of pins [5].
RH AND LH SIDES
7) Handle in a balanced position with respect to the weight of the cabinet.
8) Handle in the back position in the cabinet, facilitating the lifting of a module on the back, when the front
side is fixed.
The VIO-L208 modules are also equipped with 2
rain covers on the rear side, in order to protect the
amplifier from water and allow operation even in
critical weather conditions. They will be no longer
shown in the following drawings, for simplicity.
