Only clean the display with a soft, cotton cloth. If required, use a cotton cloth with
small amounts of non-alkaline, diluted, water or alcohol-based soap solution.
Gently clean the surface using the cotton cloth.

13 Troubleshooting

If the device does not operate as intended, check the following table for information.
Symptom
The device cannot be switched on. The device is not being supplied with power.
No sound can be heard.
The display does not switch on.
Poor reception via DAB+/FM.

Possible cause/remedy
Connect the power supply unit correctly to
the socket and to the device. Charge the
rechargeable battery.
Increase the volume.
Disconnect the device from the mains supply/
remove the battery briefly and reconnect the
device to the mains.
Change the position of the antenna or the
DIGITRADIO 230 OD.
