Problem
I cannot switch on the
Philips BlueControl even
though it is fully charged.

suddenly switches off during
treatment.

The integrated batteries of the Philips BlueControl contain substances
that may pollute the environment. The batteries cannot be removed.
To ensure proper disposal, take the device to an official collection
point. Staff at the collection point will ensure the batteries are removed
and disposed of in an environmentally safe way.

Do not throw away the Philips BlueControl with the normal household
waste at the end of its life, but hand it in at an official collection point
for recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment.
