Je soussigné Roberto Griffa, en qualité de Chief Executive Officer, déclare sous son entière responsabilité que les produits susmentionnés sont conformes aux dis-

positions prescrites par les directives suivantes :

• Direttiva 2014/53/UE (RED):

– Protection de la santé (art. 3(1)(a)) : EN 62479:2010

– Sécurité électrique (art. 3(1)(a)) : EN 60950-1:2006 + A11:2009+A12:2011+A1:2010+A2:2013

En outre, le produit s'avère conforme à la Directive ci-après selon les conditions essentielles requises pour les « quasi-machines » :

• Directive 2006/42/CE du PARLEMENT EUROPÉEN ET DU CONSEIL du 17 mai 2006 relative aux machines et modifiant la Directive 95/16/CE (refonte)

– Les documents techniques ont été rédigés conformément à l'annexe VII B de la directive 2006/42/CE. Les conditions essentielles suivantes ont été respectées :

1.1.1- 1.1.2- 1.1.3- 1.2.1-1.2.6- 1.5.1-1.5.2- 1.5.5- 1.5.6- 1.5.7- 1.5.8- 1.5.10- 1.5.11

– Le producteur s'engage à transmettre aux autorités nationales, sur la base d'une demande motivée, les données relatives à la « quasi-machine », dans le respect

des droits de propriété intellectuelle.

– Si la « quasi-machine » a été mise en service dans un pays d'Europe dont la langue officielle diffère de celle utilisée dans la présente déclaration, l'importateur doit

y annexer la traduction correspondante.

– La « quasi-machine » ne pourra pas être mise en service tant que la machine finale dont elle fait partie n'aura pas été à son tour déclarée conforme, le cas échéant,

aux dispositions de la directive 2006/42/CE.

En outre le produit s'avère être conforme aux normes suivantes: EN 60335-1:2012+A11:2014, EN 60335-2-103:2015, EN 61000-6-2:2005, EN 61000-6-

3:2007+A1:2011.

The undersigned, Roberto Griffa, as Managing Director, hereby declares under his own responsibility that the product identified above complies with the provisions

of the following directives:

• DIRECTIVE 1999/5/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 9 March 1999 on radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equip-

ment and the mutual recognition of their conformity, in accordance with the following harmonised standards:

– Health and safety (Art. 3(1)(a)): EN 62479:2010

– Electrical safety (Art. 3(1)(a)): EN 60950-1:2006+ A11:2009+A12:2011+A1:2010+A2:2013

– Electromagnetic compatibility (Art. 3(1)(b)): EN 301 489-1 V2.2.0:2017,, EN 301 489-3 V2.1.1:2017

– Radio spectrum (Art. 3(2)): EN 300 220-2 V3.2.1:2018

In addition, the product conforms to the following directive in accordance with the provisions applicable to "partly completed machinery":

• Directive 2006/42/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of 17 May 2006 regarding machines and amending directive 95/16/EC (consolidated text)

– It is hereby declared that the relevant technical documentation has been compiled in accordance with Annex VII Part B of Directive 2006/42/EC and that the follow-

ing essential requirements have been applied and fulfilled: 1.1.1- 1.1.2- 1.1.3- 1.2.1-1.2.6- 1.5.1-1.5.2- 1.5.5- 1.5.6- 1.5.7- 1.5.8- 1.5.10- 1.5.11

– The manufacturer agrees to transmit to the national authorities any pertinent information on "partly completed machinery", in response to a motivated request,

without prejudice to its intellectual property rights.

– Should the "partly completed machinery" be commissioned in a European country with an official language different to the one used in this declaration, a translation

into that language accompanying this declaration must be provided by the importer.

– The "partly completed machinery" may not be commissioned until the final machinery into which it is to be incorporated has been declared to conform to the provi-

sions of Directive 2006/42/EC, where appropriate.

The product also complies with the following standards: EN 60335-1:2012+A11:2014, EN 60335-2-103:2015, EN 61000-6-2:2005, EN 61000-6-3:2007+A1:2011.
