ALARM HOPPER LID OPEN
1- Ensure that no-object obstructs the closure of the hopper lid.
2- Close cover.
ALARM HOPPER PELLETS LOW LEVEL
When the pellet level is low*, the auger stops and the pellet heating system automatically stops. If the electric element
option is available, the system goes into electric mode.
(If electric element option: according to temperature demand will automatically switch to electric heating mode)
Fill the hopper.
*The low level light on the sensor at the bottom of the hopper is turned off.
1- Open the lid.
2- Fill with dried pellets of type specified in the User's Manual.
3- Ensure that the guillotine slide at the bottom of the hopper is open.
4- Close lid.
5- The hopper low level sensor light becomes YELLOW.
If the hopper was empty and the door of the furnace remained CLOSED, the ignition cycle will restart according to the
temperature demand.
If the door was opened, the ignition cycle will be after FIVE (5) HOURS.
Or immediately start the ignition cycle:
6- Close the door.
7- KEEP upwards the "RESET DOOR" button TEN (10) SECONDS, the ignition cycle will restart according to the
temperature demand.
ALARM IGNITION FAILED
The ignition cycle has not worked or failed.
(If electric element option: according to temperature demand will automatically switch to electric heating mode)
Possible cause:
1- The pellet feeding is not done correctly. See other alarms to eliminate each one of them.
2- Make sure the burner is properly connected.
3- Open the door.
4- Carefully and with an appropriate tool, remove the accumulated pellets in the combustion plate but LEAVE the pellets in
the combustion chamber.
5- Close the door.
6- Keep the button "RESET DOOR "upwards for about TEN (10) SECONDS.
An ignition cycle will start according to requested temperature:
- Check that the ember burner works well.
- Check that the pellet falls into the combustion tray.
- Ensure that the pellets are dry.
