Step 17:
Under the furnace, on the threaded tube of
the manifold tray inserted in step 15, put
some sealing compound (M)
and completely screw the hex nut (L)
supplied)
with the hexagonal wrench supplied.
Step 20: CHECK BEFORE, LENGTH
NECESSARY and USE AS NEEDED
K. + EXTENSION with sealing paste.
Put some of the sealing (M) on the threaded end
of the section (Kb) of the manifold. Screw in
(Ka) until the plate at the end of (Kb) is perfectly
parallel to the side of the furnace, face selected
in step 1-d.

Unscrew and remove the
stainless burner-cover and
reserve with the screws
INSTALLATION OF THE CHIMNEY PROBE AND THE SMOKE EVACUATOR
In a confined space, install the smoke evacuator before positioning the furnace at the place selected to have ease of access.
RESPECT THE MINIMUM CLEARANCES AS WELL AS CODES AND REGULA TIONS FOR THE CHIMNEY AND CONNECTIONS

Step 18:
If necessary, unscrew and separate in
two the sections of the manifold (K).
Put some sealing compound (M) on the

Step 21:
Remove the four (4) nuts and make
sure the seal felt (gasket) is at the
end of the manifold (K.)

Step 24:
Make sure the igniting tube (ia.) is positioned inside the burner
manifold (i). Insert this section of the burner in the panel opening
and manifold tube. Screw the bracket of the burner with the 4 nuts
removed in step 21. With self-piercing screws provided screw
burner support bracket to the furnace.
Step 19:
Fit and screw the upper end of the burner
manifold (Ka) in hex nut and threaded tubing
orienting PERPENDICULARY the lower end
toward the face of furnace that will receive the
burner. Face chosen in step 1-d.
Step 22:
Remove the knockouts of the panel according to
the face selected in step 1-d (back or side). Insert
the screws from the manifold plate in new
perforations of the panel and screw the panel to
the furnace.

Step 25:
Replace and screw the burner-
cover using the screws put aside
at step 23 and complete
screwing with the other screws
supplied.
