INSTALLATION OF THE HOPPER
Step 31:
Before installing the hopper, set first the
furnace, the vent box and its removable panel
(panel with handle) and frame filter and the
burner.

Step 33: (Hopper Parallel only)
3-a) Fix the 2 brackets (C) on the back of the hopper
with the screws provided.
3-b) Remove two screws from the top of the panel to
the side of the furnace and fasten with longer
screws the mounting bracket. Follow the same steps
for the bottom bracket.
Step 36:
Remove the cap from
the pellet tube at
the back of the
furnace.
Step 39:
Screw the two (2) hex hollow head screws
underneath the non-return tube (H).

Step 32: (Parallel Hopper location only, otherwise continue with step 34)
2-d) Position the hopper to the desired location (see figure in last pages).
2-e) Adjust height of the hopper (adjustable legs) about 6-1/2" HIGHER than furnace.
2-f) If you selected a parallel location, set the 2 brackets (B) to the hopper and
furnace with the screws provided.

Step 37:
If necessary, using an "Allen" wrench
unscrew a maximum the two (2) hex
hollow head screws under the non-return
tube (H).

Step 40:
Put a seal on the end of the tube (H) and with a ferrule attach the pellet chute
section (E) by directing the end of the pellet chute towards the side with the
pellet chute bracket (F) installed in step 35. Install the extension for Plus (only)
if necessary. The elbow extension will be installed at the other end at step 43.
Step 35:
According to a LEFT or RIGHT location, ensure that
the removable section of the pellet chute bracket (F)
is positioned at the required location. Move if
necessary in accordance with marks: AirBilo in
CENTER – AirBilo PLUS at END
Screw bracket (F) on the TOP and SIDE of the furnace
with the screws provided.
Step 38:
Insert at maximum the check-valve tube (H), the
shortest side upward by positioning the retaining
bracket into the notch on the black threaded tube.
