Step 26:
See notes at the bottom of the previous page. Disconnect the chimney probe (Q) from the electronic fan limit (P) if
necessary and install the chimney probe: Remove the cap on the chimney connector and screw the probe in the connector
pipe.
The connection of the probe is done after installation of the plenums and fan limits.
Step 27: NOTE THAT THE SMOKE EVACUATOR MUST BE THE NEAREST POSSIBLE TO THE OUTDOOR CHIMNEY
Install smoke spillway mounted on a connecting-pipe section (O) provided according to any of following graphs:
You can also remove the smoke evacuator and install it on another connecting-pipe. Unscrew the smoke evacuator from the
connecting-pipe and use it as a template to make the opening necessary for the relocation of the smoke evacuator on another
connecting-pipe. The connection of the smoke evacuator will be at a later step.
INSTALLATION OF THE FURNACE AND THE VENT BOX TO THE FURNACE
NOTE THAT THE FURNACE AND THE VENT BOX MUST BE AT LEVEL.
Note : As outlined in the manual on page 45 and 48, the AirBilo furnace MUST HAVE A DISTINCT FEEDING AIR (Combustive Air) in the
Installation Room of the AirBilo furnace.
Step 28:
Put the furnace at the location selected and RESPECT MINIMUM CLEARANCES SHOWN ON THE NAMEPLATE AND INDICATIONS IN
THE USER'S MANUAL.
Step 29:
After having prepared
the vent box (steps 4 to
13), bring the vent box
at the location selected
in step 1-a. (There
should not be any panel
at the bottom of the
furnace on this face.)

Step 30:
Position the vent box
towards the holes for
screwing of the
brackets. Screw three
(3), 1" screws on each
side.
