b) Getting started with the outdoor sensor

Take the outdoor sensor out of the transparent cover.

Open the battery compartment on the back of the outdoor sensor.
—
Insert two AA batteries of the type micro/AAA with correct polarity into the
battery compartment (15) of the outdoor sensor (observe plus/+ and minus/-).
There is a corresponding illustration in the battery compartment.

All display elements will appear briefly on the integrated LC display of the
outdoor sensor, afterwards there will be a display for the temperature and air
humidity.
The LED on the front of the outdoor sensor will start to flash (for about 10
seconds).
Within these 10 seconds set a different transmission channel with the "CH" key,
if you operate more than one outdoor sensor (1 to 5 are possible, basic setting
is "1").
Each outdoor sensor has to have a different channel number, otherwise they
will not work properly.
The channel number selected will be shown on the display of the outdoor
sensor.
If you only operate one outdoor sensor, you don't have to set anything.
If no display appears, take the batteries out and insert them again with
correct polarity, actuate the "RESET" (18) key.
If you don't actuate any key for 10 seconds, the setting is copied and a
transmission process to the base station is performed.

The base station should only display the outdoor temperature at the selected
channel.

Select the desired display unit °C (degrees Celsius) or °F (degrees Fahrenheit)
via the "°C/°F" key (17).

Close the battery compartment of the outdoor sensor.

Slide the outdoor sensor from the bottom into the transparent cover.
For other outdoor sensors proceed in the same way.

Procédez de la manière suivante:

Vous devez vous trouver en mode de fonctionnement normal ; l'heure est affichée
au bas de l'affichage, au centre de l'affichage, on peut voir la valeur mesurée pour la
pression atmosphérique.

Appuyez pour deux secondes la touche symbole de fichier
de la station météo.
—
« 0 » apparaît sur l'écran et à l'arrière, l'unité de hauteur « mètre » (ou « pied »)
clignote. En appuyant brièvement sur la touche « UNIT » (6) on peut sélectionner
l'unité.
Sin l'on n'appuie sur aucune touche pour environ 10 secondes, on quitte le mode
de réglage et les réglages actuels sont mémorisés.

Confirmez le réglage en appuyant brièvement sur la touche symbole de fichier
(3).

L'altitude actuelle clignote dans l'affichage (en réglage d'usine « 0 »).

On peut régler l'atitude au moyen de la touche « UNIT » (6). Maintenez la touche
correspondante appuyée plus longuement afin de changer le réglage rapidement.
Sin l'on n'appuie sur aucune touche pour enviton 10 secondes, on quitte le mode
de réglage et les réglages actuels sont mémorisés.

Confirmez le réglage en appuyant brièvement sur la touche symbole de fichier
(3).

L'affichage repasse à la représentation normale de la pression atmosphérique.
e) Sélectionner l'unité pour l'affichage de la pression d'air

Vous devez vous trouver en mode de fonctionnement normal ; l'heure est affichée
au bas de l'affichage, au centre de l'affichage, on peut voir la valeur mesurée pour la
pression atmosphérique.

Appuyez brièvement sur la touche « UNIT » (6), les unités pour l'affichage de la pression
d'air commute entre « InHg » et « mb/hPa ».
