4. EXPLICATION DES SYMBOLES

Un point d'exclamation placé dans un triangle attire l'attention sur les conseils
importants de ce mode d'emploi, qui sont impérativement à respecter.
Le symbole de la main renvoie à des astuces et conseils d'utilisation spécifiques.

19. DISPOSAL
a) General information
Electric and electronic devices must not be disposed of in the domestic waste.
Please dispose of the inoperative product according to the current legal
regulations.
b) Batteries and rechargeable batteries
You, as end user are under legal obligation (Battery Regulation) to take back all
used batteries and rechargeable batteries, to dispose of them via domestic waste
is not permitted.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries containing hazardous substances are
marked with adjacent symbol to indicate that disposal in the household waste
is prohibited.
The descriptions for the respective heavy metal are: Cd=cadmium,
Hg=mercury, Pb=lead (the names are indicated on the battery/rechargeable
battery e.g. below the rubbish bin symbol shown to the left).
You can return your exhausted batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge to
any authorized disposal station in your area, in our stores or in any other store
where batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold.
Thus, you comply with your legal obligations and make your contribution to envi-
ronmental protection.
