5. Installing the unit

Before installing the INGECON SUN ComBox you must remove the packaging, taking special care not to damage
the housing.
Check that there is no condensation inside the packaging. If there are signs of condensation, you must not install
the unit until you are sure it is completely dry.
All installation operations must comply with current regulations.

5.1. Environment

• Place the device in a location that is accessible for installation and maintenance work and that allows for
the reading of the front indicator LEDs.
• Avoid corrosive environments that may affect the proper operation of the unit.
• Never place any object on top of the device.

5.2. Attaching the unit to the wall

This unit is ready to be installed on a horizontal surface or on a vertical wall. For the second option, it is important
that the wall has sufficient resistance, with a margin of ±10º.
In order to correctly attach the unit to the wall, follow the instructions in the following figures.
1. Attach the unit with suitable screws and plugs.
