8. Electrical connection

Now connect the individual system components to the alarm control centre.
First an overview of the functions of the respective attachment clamps.
Please observe that the maximum total output of all connected accessory components must not
exceed a total current of 2.5 A.

8.1 Clamp description

The following numbers relate to the corresponding numbers on the clamps.
1 and 2 = operating voltage
These clamps are intended for the connection of the mains power
supply unit (16,5 V/AC / 3000 mA).
3 continuous positive:
This clamp supplies constant +12 V/DC.
It is recommended that this clamp is used as the power
supply for movement sensors, smoke sensors or for bro-
ken glass sensors.
The movement sensor is then permanently supplied with
operating power.
Clamps 3 and 4 have a total maximum loading capacity
of 750 mA, otherwise the inbuilt fuse will trig-
ger.
