A Drehantrieb that is operated without speed control can reach too high oscillation speed,
with risk of machine breakdown.
Make sure that the Drehantrieb is always operated with speed control.

Setting the oscillation speed

NOTICE
Normally the oscillation speed is controlled by throttling the
exhaust air from the Drehantrieb chambers with a check-choke
valve.
When the speed is being set, the Drehantrieb must be loaded as in
normal service and the speed must be increased gradually to the
desired operating speed.
Make sure that the air pressure is zero and then increase the

The swivel arm shall reach its end position without any hard
impact. Make sure that the maximum permitted working
pressure, speed and load is not exceeded. In case of
