Operating the Machine

Gas flush option:
The gas flush procedure takes place automatically.

The sealing procedure takes place automatically.
The type of seal depends on the built-in sealing pad.
Double sealing is standard.
A separating seal (cut-off wire) is also available as an option. In so
doing the projecting length of the bag is perforated. The projecting
length of the bag can then be ripped off.

The cover opens automatically when the packaging procedure has completed.

Remove the packaged good.

Check the quality of the seal.
Important!
Quality of the seal:
clear:
thin and lacerated:
opaque and blistered:

Set sealing time is correct.
Increase the sealing time.
Reduce the sealing time.

The machine is once again ready for operation.

When the work is finished, switch off the machine using the master switch
(setting 0).
Important!

Wait about 5 seconds after switching off before switching the
machine back on again to ensure that the control system is able to
operate correctly.
Note!

Switch off the gas supply (shut off the bottle valve on the gas bottle
and the shut-off valve on the bottle pressure reducer), if you are
working without gas flush or the machine is not in operation.
