Operating the Machine
Gas Flush Option:
- Check the gas bottle connection.
Open the valves on the gas bottle and on the bottle pressure
-
reducer.
- Set the working pressure to a maximum of 1.5 bar.
- Set the desired gas flush time using the GAS ON/OFF button
between 0.5 seconds and 10 seconds.
Important!

The cover will be opened during the gassing procedure as
a result of too much gas (gas flush time too long).

If this happens, select a lower gas flush time.
- Activate gas flush by pressing the GAS ON/OFF button (The
basic setting directly after switching on the machine is: GAS
OFF).

Select evacuation time and/or sealing time by pressing the
relevant button when the cover is open.


Evacuation time between 2 and 40 sec.

Sealing time between 0.5 and 10 sec (upper value limited ex
works depending on machine type).

Lay the filled vacuum bag in the chamber.
Gas flush option:

Pull the opening of the bag over the gas nozzles.
Important!
Folds and contaminated openings of bags prevent a perfect seal.

Keep the opening of the bag clean.

Pull the bag smoothly over the sealing pad.

Close the cover.

The vacuum procedure takes place automatically.

If desired: abort the vacuum procedure (vacuum stop) by
pressing the VAC-STOP button.
Important!
If you note the formation of bubbles during evacuation:

immediately press the VAC-STOP button (vacuum stop function).

set the evacuation time for the next evacuation procedure so that
no more vaporisation occurs.
