Spray water and steam jets in the operating site are forbidden.

Only use authorised mains power connectors.
Danger!

During gassing operations, only use nitrogen N
CO or an N -CO mix.

Explosion hazard! Under no circumstances use oxygen O
explosive and combustible gases for gassing operations.

Observe the regulations when handling gas bottles and also
observe the operating instructions for the bottle pressure reducer.
Warning!

Keep the device out of reach of children.

The machine may not obstruct emergency exits.

Heat accumulation and risk of fire!
Keep the ventilation slots free (a distance of more than 10 cm).

Do not place the machine close to flammable objects.
Note!

Never place the machine on or against a heat source.

Damage may occur to the vacuum pump when operated at ambient
temperatures of < 10°, fill using low-viscosity oil.
Note for PlusVac 20, PlusVac21 and PlusVac 80!

The machines are operated on a three-phase current connection.

Running for lengthy periods in the wrong direction of rotation will
destroy the pump.

Check the direction of rotation of the motor.

Because three-phase current sockets are not always wired
uniformly, the direction of rotation must always be checked when
connecting to another plug socket.

The installation site must be dry and well ventilated. The permissible values for the
ambient conditions can be found in the chapter "Technical Data".





General Information

Set up the machine so that it is horizontal and secure.
PlusVac 21: Lock the front transport rollers.
Remove the transport locks (e.g. foam inserts).
Check the oil reading for the vacuum pump. Wherever necessary, top up with
oil.
Proceed as set out in the chapter "Maintenance and Fault Repair".
If the cover is closed, undo the cover fastening by contracting the pneumatic
spring. To do this open the Plexiglas cover to its limited stop.
Danger!

Check that the details on the type label on the machine correspond
with the electrical connection at the operating site for the machine.

The machine may not be connected in the event of any deviations.
Plug into the socket.
For PlusVac 20, PlusVac 21 and PlusVac 80: Check the direction of rotation of
the motor:
Switch on the master switch.

Close the cover for approx. 3 seconds.

Direction of rotation Cover is pulled in and remains closed.
correct:
Direction of rotation Cover is not pulled in.
incorrect:
Arrange for the electrical connection to be adapted by
technical staff!
