SEAL button

To set the sealing time between 0.5 and 9.9 seconds,
increment 0.1 second:
press the SEAL button when the cover is open

Limitation for sealing time

The maximum sealing time is fixed ex works according to the type
of machine and cannot be exceeded.
GAS ON/OFF button

To set the desired gas flush time
(Gassing time is continuously adjustable between 0.5
seconds and 10 seconds)
- press the GAS ON/OFF button when the cover is open
- change the gassing time by pressing the

LED GAS ON/OFF

Press button to switch on/off chamber gassing.
The LED is illuminated when gassing is switched on.
Danger!

During gas flush operations, only use nitrogen N
CO or an N -CO mix.

Explosion hazard! Under no circumstances use oxygen O
explosive and combustible gases for gas flush operations.

Observe the regulations when handling gas bottles and also
observe the operating instructions for the bottle pressure reducer.
Note!

Switch off the gas supply (shut off the bottle valve on the gas bottle
and the shut-off valve on the bottle pressure reducer), if you are
working without gassing or the machine is not in operation.
Note!

Using the bottle pressure reducer set the working pressure to a
maximum of 1.5 bar.
Important!

Gas flushing is switched off when switching the master switch to 1.
If you wish to work with gas flush, press the GAS ON/OFF button.
