Installation and Putting into Operation
Note!
The vacuum chamber is soiled with oil.
If you switch off the machine during the packaging process by pressing
the main switch, e.g. in order to clean the machine with closed lid, it
might occur that oil from the vacuum pump enters into the chamber.

Do not switch off the machine by pressing the main switch during
the packaging process.

Unhook the gas spring in order to close the lid.
Transport rollers with locking device (PlusVac 21)
The machines are fitted with transport rollers and can be pushed
to their operating site without difficulty.
The rollers are locked by pressing one's foot onto the locking
device of the two front transport rollers as a result of which the
machine will not be able to roll away.

Change and save parameter values

When you switch on the machine using the master switch, the machine enters
Standby Mode, the cover is open.
 The display shows OO.
You can now

work with the pre-set program
 7.1 Chamber mode

change and save the parameter values.
Select the parameter you want to change. Press the relevant parameter

button:
VAC STOP: Evacuation time
GAS ON/OFF: Gas flush time
SEAL: Sealing time
 The display shows the current parameter value.
- Change the value of the parameter using the
Pressing and holding the button changes the value first in small increments
and then in larger increments.
There are two ways to save the settings:

1. Press the parameter button again or do not press any buttons for approx. 3
seconds.
 The display flashes twice to confirm that the settings have been saved.
 The machine is now in Standby Mode.
 The display shows OO.
2. Close the cover of the vacuum chamber.
 The display flashes twice to confirm that the settings have been saved.
 The machine now starts the work cycle.
 The machine uses the new parameter values.
