Installation and Putting into Operation
Vacuum gauge

Display of the vacuum level in the chamber.
Oil display
on the inspection glass 1 on the pump.
For checking the oil level and the oil quality for the
vacuum pump:
Oil level: must be between min and max.

Oil quality: Oil should be gold-yellow.

Important!

If the machine was in operation, wait for about 15 minutes before
checking the oil (foam reduction).

If the oil is not gold-yellow, but white or dark, an oil change must be
done.
Operating Instructions- Translation
Open the casing with removing the
two screws on the front side of the
machine and lift up the casing from
the front side.
Opening in the casing:
left-hand side
backside
backside
Pneumatic spring for keeping the chamber cover open

The chamber cover is automatically opened and kept open upon completion of
the packaging procedure by means of a pneumatic spring.

Should the cover be closed (e.g. for cleaning or transportation), the pneumatic
spring must be extended. The cover must be opened up to its limit stop. When
the pneumatic spring is pulled forward by hand, the pneumatic spring is
extended and the cover can then be closed.

Contracting the expanded pneumatic springs takes place automatically when
the cover is opened up to its limit stop.
Danger!

Under no circumstances you should undo the pneumatic spring.
Pneumatic springs have an extremely high internal pressure (up to
approx. 300 bar).

Prior to disposal the pneumatic spring must not be under pressure.
Please request our disposal instructions!

The pneumatic springs are maintenance-free!
Do not grease or oil the pump rod!)
Caution!
Risk of injury!
When the pneumatic spring is unhooked, the chamber cover may slam
shut.

Hold the chamber cover during extension of the pneumatic spring.

Close the chamber cover carefully.
