Battery is dead.
Connection with solar
panel is faulty.

Remedy
Program new transmit-
ter.
Bring transmitter within
range of the VC260.
Press drive or stop but-
ton on transmitter at
least 5 times in the im-
mediate vicinity of the
VC260.

teries.
Check electrical con-
nection.
Charge battery.
Check connection with
solar panel.
Replace solar panel
with a new one.
