Error Causes and remedial measures
Switch off the unit. If the same error reoccurs when the unit is
switched on again, disturbing pulses from the power supply line
resp. from other consumers may be the cause. Another circuit
should be chosen to solve the problem.
Switch off the unit. Check whether the rotation of the casting
chamber is blocked by an obstacle. If an obstacle can be
excluded, please inform a service technician.
Switch off the unit. Thermocouple defective.
Have the thermocouple exchanged by the service.
Switch off the unit. Thermosensor defective.
Have the thermosensor exchanged by the service.
Switch off the unit. Chamber pressure does not reach the
diminished pressure required for casting. Clean the washer at
the chamber lid. If required, inform a service technician.
Switch off the unit. If the unit has not been used for a longer
period, it will loose the data that have been programmed indivi-
dually. If the unit is switched on again, the programs are set
back to the values adjusted upon delivery. Therefore the indivi-
dual program values should be entered into the table under
item 5.3. Before new programming is carried out, the unit must
be left on for approx. 60 min so that the storage battery is
recharged.
Switch off the unit. An incorrect signal during the heating phase
has been detected. If Err 9 is no longer displayed when switch-
ing on the unit, this may be due to the electric current supply.
Please inform a service technician.
Press any key on the operation panel.
The temperature will level out at the preprogrammed starting
temperature.
