2 .1 .2 Levelling the unit

The units AIR1 XH have adjustable levelling feet. It must be ensured that the unit is standing on a flat floor surface prior
to installation work. The height of the levelling feet must be adjusted to level the unit. The height "H" must not exceed
125 mm (see Fig. 5).

2 .1 .3 Fixing the door handles

The door handles are individually packed to prevent damage during transportation. The door handles must be installed
after the installation and levelling of the unit.
Only open the doors when the unit is standing on the ground and has been levelled.
1. Position the door handles on the access side and secure with screws (see Fig. 6).

2 .1 .4 Condensation outlet

The humidity of extract air condenses to water during the heating period. A lot of condensate can build up in new buil-
dings with large numbers of people. The condensate collected in the stainless steel condensation tub is discharged via
two condensation outlets.
The drainage pipe route must not rise above the siphon
The condensate water must flow out easily. If the automatic discharge of condensate water is not ensured, a sui-
table condensate pump must be used.
The condensation outlet must be made frost-proof!
– If the unit is used outdoors, it must be ensured that a heater is installed for the condensation outlet pipe.
– The units AIR1 XH 3500/4500/5500/7000/8500 have two condensation outlets per condensation outlet pipe, which
are located on the left and right side of the unit. Connect the condensation pipes of the corresponding condensation
outlets in the service direction.
– Ensure that the unused condensation outlets are closed (see Fig. 7).
Ball siphon available as an accessory.
The unit has two condensation outlet pipes for the weather conditions in winter and summer. It must be ensured that
the condensation outlet pipes are connected separately.
The condensate water pipes must only be connected to the waste water system via an odour trap (siphon). The con-
densate must flow freely into the waste water system after the siphon.
Existing drainage systems must not be directly connected to the waste water system.
