Metal trays

In order to prevent the fans letting in condensation water, metal trays are installed in the unit underneath
the left and right motor unit.
The metal trays prevent the accumulation of condensation water in this area and their correct
positioning must be checked upon delivery and during installation or maintenance work (see
Fig.34/35).
Perform visual inspection: There must be no water in the metal trays!
3.4

Condensation outlet in the unit

With regard to maintenance measures, e.g. in autumn before the start of the heating period, ensure that
the unit's condensation outlet (ø 12 mm) is not blocked.
3.5

Terminal box

The side inspection guarantees free access to the terminal box (Fig.36) and the electronic components
(fuse or DIP switch settings (Fig. 37)).
The terminal box is located on the left side of the unit. Loosen the screws (Fig.36) and remove the cover.
3.6

Removal of bypass module

In order to remove the bypass module (incl. servomotor), disconnect the electrical connectors (Fig.38).
Then pull the bypass module out of the unit (Fig.39).
