1 Safety instructions
The locking facilities shall be used
for their intended purpose and
in perfect and clean condition.
They may only be mounted
by a skilled worker in compliance with
the respective national regulations.
The locking facilities are designed for
securing CEAG / COOPER CROUSE
HINDS push-buttons and mush-
room-head push-buttons by means of
padlocks.
Prior to putting into service, the proper
working of the actuator element and
the locking facility shall be checked.
In order to maintain the „IP" ingress
protection of the enclosures, the
locking facilities shall be fitted, strictly
following these mounting instructions.
Attention: Only use padlocks with a
shackle diameter of 3 to 6 mm.
Observe the national safety rules and
regulations for prevention of accidents.

3 Mounting
The locking facility shall be fitted in the
following manner:
1. Drilling of the housing cover (item 7)
with Ø 4.2 mm (item 4).
2. Fix the shackle (item 1) with the
screws (item 2), the serrated lock
washer (item 3),
the washer (item 5) and the
nut (item 6) onto the enclosure cover
in accordance with the mounting
drawing.
