After you have been singing for a minute or

so, playback indications, the karaoke bird
characters, and scores are displayed on the
TV screen.
Scores start from 5,000, with 100
points added or subtracted at a
time.
Tip
With LDs and CD-Gs, the karaoke bird characters, scores and other
indications are displayed in black and white.
Press the PAUSE 8 button, and scores are

displayed on left and right scoreboards.

The karaoke bird
character and
cheerleaders are happy
for the winner, just to
annoy the loser!
Returning to the regular KARAOKE mode
¶ Press the SCORING SYSTEM button on the main unit
to select OFF.
Tip
If you do not press the PAUSE 8 button, scoring continues. When a
song ends, be sure to press the PAUSE 8 button.
