Squeegee installation
1. Install the squeegee (21) and fasten it with the handwheels (22), then connect the vacuum hose (11) to the squeegee.
2. Adjust the squeegee with the handwheel (23) so that the rear blade touches the fl oor along all its length and the front blade is
slightly lifted from the fl oor.
Solution tank fi lling
1. Use the fi ller neck (34) to fi ll the tank (16) with a solution suitable for the work to be performed.
Do not fi ll the solution tank completely, leave few centimetres from the edge. Use the hose (13) as reference.
Always follow the dilution instructions on the label of the chemical product used to prepare the solution.
The solution temperature must not exceed 40°C.
CAUTION!
Use only low-foam and non-fl ammable detergents, intended for automatic scrubber applications.

MACHINE START AND STOP

Starting the machine
1. Prepare the machine as shown in the previous paragraph.
2. Drive the machine by pushing it with the hands on the handlebar (2).
3. Connect the power supply cable (3) to the electrical mains.
WARNING!
Before connecting the power supply cable to the electrical mains, check that frequency and voltage, shown
on the machine serial number plate, match the electrical mains voltage.
4. Lower the squeegee (21) with the lever (7).
5. Lower the brush/pad-holder deck by pressing the pedal (8).
6. Press the brush/pad-holder switch (51) and the vacuum system switch (52).
7. Press the washing water fl ow control switches (54) as necessary, depending on the type of cleaning to be performed.
8. To turn on the brush/pad-holder press one of the switches (55).
9. Start cleaning, by moving the machine with the handlebar (2).
Stopping the machine
10. Stop the machine with the handlebar (2).
11. Stop the brush/pad-holder by releasing the switches (55).
12. Turn off the brush/pad-holder and the vacuum system by pressing the switches (51) and (52).
13. Disconnect the power supply cable (3) from the electrical mains and place it on the holder (4).
14. Lift the brush/pad-holder deck by pressing the pedal (8).
15. Lift the squeegee (21) with the lever (7).
16. Make sure that the machine cannot move independently.
