Use aluminum foil for dishes that are to be simmered or when we want to
preserve particular aromas or juices.
Avoid using sugar or sweetened beverages for grilling. If a dish requires sugar,
wrape the dish in aluminum foil.
NOTE!
If sugar, milk or any kind of syrup is spillt over the cooking plate, remove it
carefully with a ceran plate scraper when the plate is still hot: if allowed to cool
down, food remains (especially sugar or syrup) are very difficult to clean.
You can choose any preferred grill accessories in order to prepare and move food
around on the plate (forks, tongs, etc.) but plastic kitchen utensils must not be
used.
Never cut the dishes with a knife directly on the cooking plate, you may damage
the surface of the plate.
You can decrease the temperature and use ceran grill plate to keep prepared
dishes heated for prolonged time.
Turn the device off with the temperature adjustment knob and unplug it (remove
the plug!), if the device is not to be used again.
