tighten the hex nut with flange. Pretighten the nut (3) so that it is
still just possible to push the rubber holder into the handlebar.
Insert the turn signal into the handlebar, point the illuminating
surface forward and tighten the cheese head screw firmly with
a hexagon key (size 5). To align the turn signals, place the
motorcycle at a right angle in front of a bright wall. Sit on the
motorcycle and measure the height of the centre of the indicator
glass above the level ground. Place a marker on the wall at
the same height. The marking on the wall must be exactly in the
middle of the turn signal's field of light.

Repeat the process on the other side of the handlebar, so that
the illuminating surface is aligned symmetrically. Ensure that the
turn signal does not prevent the throttle twistgrip from turning
freely. There should be 2 mm of free space between the throttle
twistgrip and the turn signal. The throttle twistgrip must be easy
to turn and should spring back by itself when released. Shift the
control slightly if the throttle twistgrip is impeded. Now thread a
fishing line or a thin wire through the hollow cheese head screw
of the turn signal and push it through the handlebar towards
the drill hole (bend the end a little). Use tweezers or a small
screwdriver to pull the wire or fishing line out of the hole to a
point where plenty of material is available. At the handlebar
end, connect the wire or fishing line to the two connecting
cables of the turn signal and pull them through the handlebar
and the hole. Carry out the electrical connection (see below).
If the turn signal is aligned, connected and working properly
and the cylinder screw (2) is securely tightened, attach the self-
adhesive gazzini cap (7).

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION:

LED turn signals only light up if the positive cable (+) and
the negative cable (-) are connected correctly. For marking
