decal on the control panel.
To change the gears
CAUTION:
the engine is on or before you do a check of
the product configuration. There is a risk of
damage to the gearbox.
1. Turn the ignition key to the "0" position.
2. Push the machine stop button.
3. Make sure that the blade shaft flanges are correct for
the dimension of the installed cutting blade. Refer to
the decal on the control panel.

Do not change gears when
4. Move the gearshift lever to the applicable gear. If it is
not easy to move the gearshift lever, turn the blade
shaft a small distance. Refer to
page 17 .

Blade depth stop

The product has the function blade depth stop that lets
the operator set the maximum cutting depth. The
maximum cutting depth is different for different blade
dimensions:

To set the cutting depth
1. Push the level for cutting depth adjustment forward
to lower the cutting blade until it touches the surface.
This is the start position for the cutting depth.
